Will I receive the same product I see in the picture?

Where can I view my sales receipt?
  • We’ll always send you a copy of your invoice via email.
  • You can also view all past invoices on the dashboard of our website, once logged into your profile.
What is your return policy?
  • Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Returns will only be accepted in their original state with their original invoice.
  • No returns will be accepted on direct import products and special orders, tiles, bull nose products, cuttings, and sale items.
  • A 20% handling fee will be charged on all returns.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
