- Prices quoted are on current stock items and are valid for 24 hours from date of quotation.
- Prices are valid for the Cape Town branch.
- All prices exclude the delivery fee.
- All prices are subject to major currency fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.
- All goods remain the property of the Tile House until paid in full.
- All products are available while stocks last and are subject to prior sale. Availability may change at any time without notice, and we cannot guarantee that items shown will remain in stock.
- Before fixing tiles check for tonality, sizing & any variations. No claims will be entertained once tiles have been laid.
- Natural Stone varies in shade and thickness and must be sorted randomly before tiles are laid.
- Tile batches vary. If you re-order the same tile once they have run out of your batch number, there may be a variation.
- We are not responsible for any measurements. Ultimately the responsibility lies with you, your quantity surveyor or your builder. We assist with measurements as a service to try and help.
- All quantities should include a 10% excess/wastage and in the case of bathroom wall or diagonal patterns a 15% excess/wastage.
- Allow for a 5% excess/wastage for breakages in transportation.
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from date of invoice.
- Returns will only be accepted in their original state with their original invoice.
- No returns will be accepted on direct import products and special orders.
- No returns are accepted on mosaic tiles and bull nose products.
- A 15% handling fee will be charged on all returns.
