Stock Controller / Buyer
Job Brief
We are looking for a Stock Controller to manage our inventory and purchase merchandise based on our company’s and customer needs in the flooring supply industry.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures (imports and local) and have good communication skills to interact with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels , negotiate , evaluate pricing and availability , ordering products and keep accurate record thereof.
- Ensure the effective and maximum efficiency of Inward and Outward Logistics processes.
- Liaising with suppliers and clearing and forwarding agents
- Track shipments ,address and communicate delays.
- Overseeing and co-ordinate regular inventory level audits
- Follow up of progress of orders, shipments ,deliveries and the inward processes thereof.
- Maintain inventory reports of purchases and pricing
- Regular analysis of stock levels ; slow moving , project supplied, clearance stock.
- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock(OOS)
- Submitting purchase details ( supplier information, invoices and pricing) to internal database
- Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
- Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams ( status upon delivery, storage ,logistics)
- Keep updated inventory records ( including daily shipments)
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller , Inventory Manager or similar role.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Working knowledge of inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with all.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- An aptitude for figures and the ability to manage a budget
- An analytical mind

Sales Co-Ordinator
Job Brief
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales
representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales team to improve the productivity by contacting customers, arrange appointments and ensuring sales representatives have high quality, up-to-date support material, by understanding customer needs and relationships.
- Handling calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, complete and manage sales on in house systems.
- Handling orders by phone, email, or walk in customers and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Engage and attend to sales representatives’ customers in showroom by maintaining good customer relationships.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Handle administrative duties by developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Continuous learning of products knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends and news.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven sales co-ordinator experience with good track record.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal, written communications, and organizational skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, results driven, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Literacy, Matric with minimum 5 years’ experience in flooring industry.
