We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our tile showroom team in Cape Town.
If you have a passion for customer service, an eye for design, and enjoy helping clients bring their spaces to life, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting tiles and related products
- Provide knowledgeable advice on styles, materials, and applications
- Build strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, designers, and contractors
- Maintain showroom presentation to a high standard
- Process sales and follow up on customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (tile or building industry experience advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and high level of enthusiasm
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Attention to detail and a good sense of design

We are Hiring an External Sales Representative to grow our team in Cape Town.
This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in the construction or building materials industry, who understands project-based sales and thrives on building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales within the construction, architectural, and retail sectors
- Call on contractors, developers, architects, designers
- Manage projects from specification stage through to completion
- Provide product knowledge and technical advice on tile applications
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
- Previous external sales experience
- Experience in the tile or building industry is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results-focused
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of design
- High energy levels, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM/POS systems (e.g. CIN7) and digital tools for tracking sales activities
